PITTSFIELD — A judge rejected a plea agreement reached between prosecutors and the defense attorney for a city man accused of causing a hit-and-run crash while driving under the influence last year with a firearm in the vehicle.
Instead, Judge Mary Beth Ogulewicz recommended the man, 19-year-old Justin Pagan, receive a six-month jail sentence.
