PITTSFIELD — The Berkshire District Attorney's Office has dropped lesser charges it had brought against two of three defendants accused of murder in the fatal shooting of Asiyanna Jones.
Special Assistant District Attorney Brett Vottero this week dismissed the charge of carrying a firearm without an FID card against Gary Linen, according to court documents.
