PITTSFIELD — A man who is considered a “high-risk offender” has been sentenced to jail for striking his girlfriend in the face, according to the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office.
David Bednarczyk, of Pittsfield, was convicted last week on charges of assault and battery on a family member and witness intimidation.
