PITTSFIELD — A city man was arraigned Monday on charges he allegedly raped a 13-year-old child last year.
A Berkshire County grand jury handed up an indictment earlier this month charging Tyrell L. Beverly, 21, with a single count of rape of a child.
A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf Monday at his initial appearance in Berkshire Superior Court.
