'He was crying.' Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez said he killed someone the night of Nick Carnevale's shooting, his former girlfriend testifies

PITTSFIELD — After they left a party in August 2018, Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez told his girlfriend at the time, Janee Walker, that he killed someone, Walker testified in Berkshire Superior Court on Friday. “He was crying,” she said.

Walker was granted immunity in exchange for her testimony in the trial of Delvalle-Rodriguez and Christopher Frazier for their alleged involvement in the shooting of Nick Carnevale at a party in October Mountain State Forest in Washington.
