PITTSFIELD — The man who shot and grievously injured a Cheshire man in 2018 was found guilty Friday by a Berkshire Superior Court jury of armed assault with intent to murder, and all other charges brought against him.
Jurors returned guilty verdicts in all nine charges against Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez in the shooting of Nick Carnevale at an outdoor party in October Mountain State Forest.
