Audio evidence indicates Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez fired a gun the night of Nick Carnevale shooting

PITTSFIELD — In audio taken from his cellphone, Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez admitted shooting someone at a party in October Mountain State Forest the night Nick Carnevale was seriously injured in August 2018.

Assistant District Attorney Joseph Yorlano presented the audio as evidence Thursday in Berkshire Superior Court during the fourth day of testimony in the trial of Delvalle-Rodriguez, who has admitted firing the near-fatal shots that night.
