The annual Thanksgiving Angels food drive at South Congregational Church is distributing food to 1,600 families. The effort takes 350 volunteers, 21 organizations, 1,700 turkeys and 1,700 pies. Berkshire Money Management matches $25,000 in donations for produce and The Table Talk Pie Co. donated 500 pies. Due to COVID-19, families drove up to the back of the church in cars, or the meals were delivered. Each family gets produce, pies, breads, canned goods, dairy and a turkey for a complete Thanksgiving meal.

The Thanksgiving Angels' annual distribution on the Monday before the Thursday holiday is a collaboration of 19 faith-based groups that help collect the groceries and accept donations to pay for the largest one-day food distribution in Berkshire County.
