Artist Misa Chappell and North Adams Mayor Jennifer A. Macksey were on hand to unveil The Berkshire Butterfly Mural at The Wigwam Western Summit's new “Wigwam Outdoor Experience” on the Mohawk Trail in North Adams. "America’s Switzerland" is what locals call the view seen from The Wigwam Western Summit, which is owned by Lea King and Wayne Gelinas. The roadside attraction has cabins, a gift shop, coffee and a view of mountain ranges in three states. The mural greets visitors as they enter North Adams on Route 2. The unveiling was a small party celebrating the outdoors and the new piece of public art by Misa Chappell.

During the celebration, the little store was visited by Miko Marks and the Resurrectors, who stopped by for a meal and decided to play a couple songs. The artists are playing at FreshGrass Festival this weekend.
