The 9th annual Thanksgiving Angels food drive at South Congregational Church is distributing food to 1600 families. The effort takes 350 volunteers, 21 organizations, 1700 turkeys and 1700 pies. Berkshire Money Management matches $25,000 in donations for produce and The Table Talk Pie Company donated 500 pies. Due to COVID-19, families drove up to the back of the church in cars, or the meals were delivered. Each family gets produce, pies, breads, canned goods, dairy and a turkey for a complete Thanksgiving meal. Monday, November 22, 2021. (Ben Garver, The Berkshire Eagle)
