LENOX — With more than $7 million in downtown real estate and business investments at stake, the potential legal and financial entanglements facing former FTX Digital executive Ryan Salame is the talk of the town.

But not always when a journalist is listening. Of the 15 Lenox business owners contacted by The Eagle, 10 either declined to comment or did not respond.
