Fairview Hospital has added a second drive-thru clinic to its southern Berkshires flu clinic schedule. The drive-thru clinic will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Fairview Outpatient Rehabilitation, 10 Maple Ave.

An in-person clinic is slated from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Monument Mountain Regional High School, 600 Stockbridge Road.

Due to COVID-19, preregistration is required at all clinics and time slots will be assigned to assure social distancing restrictions are observed. Masks are required to prevent the spread of infection.

Those seeking a flu vaccine are asked to print and complete both sides of a Consent and Screening form prior to arrival. There is no charge for the vaccination, but those with insurance should bring their card.

Bring contact information for medical provider, employer or school in order to forward proof of vaccination.

Nasal mist will be available at the clinics for people ages 2 to 49 who meet the health requirements. All vaccine administered is preservative-free. The high dose formulation vaccine will not be available.
