STOCKBRIDGE - Tony Award- winning actress Mary Louise Wilson has joined the cast of Ferenc Molnar's " The Guardsman" at Berkshire Theatre Festival. Stephen DeRosa and Tara Franklin also have been added to the company.

Wilson, DeRosa and Franklin join previously announced Broadway veterans Jayne Atkinson, Michel Gill and Richard Easton.

Directed by John Rando, Molnar's 1910 farce about an actor who tests his wife's fidelity by putting on a character opens July 13 on the BTF Main Stage, where it is scheduled to run through July 31.

Press opening is July 17.

A 40- year veteran of the Broadway stage, Wilson won the Tony in 2007 for her role as Edith Bouvier Beale in " Grey Gardens." Additional Broadway credits include "The Women," "Cabaret," "The Odd Couple," "The Philadelphia Story," " Gypsy," and " Pr o m i s e s , Promises." She also appeared in BTF's 1980 production of S t e p h e n Sondheim's "Anyone Can Whistle."

DeRosa was last seen at BTF in "The Prisoner of Second Avenue" last summer. His Broadway work includes "Henry IV," "Hairspray," "Into the Woods," and "The Man Who Came to Dinner."

Franklin returns to BTF after her role last season in "Ghosts." She has previously been seen at the Festival in "A Man for All Seasons," " Educating Rita," "Amadeus," and "Equus."
