On Friday, the Pittsfield Police Department asked for the public's help locating a missing teen via social media.
16-year-old Markis Williams has been reported missing, according to the department. He is a Black male, approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and black or blue sweatpants.
Those with information on Williams' whereabouts are instructed call Pittsfield police at 413-448-9700.
