North Adams City Councilor Peter Oleskiewicz is sued over loan on Desperados restaurant

Peter Oleskiewicz is facing a civil action after allegedly missing payments on a loan to purchase Desperados in North Adams several years ago.

NORTH ADAMS — A former owner of Desperados faces a claim he failed to fulfill terms of a loan used to buy the restaurant in 2017.

According to a civil lawsuit filed this month, Peter Oleskiewicz missed loan payments and owes $154,000 on a 10-year loan that his corporation, PJO, Corp.
