Great Barrington has made more than $6 million in 'impact' fees from pot shops. Some owners want the town to return it


Given cannabis law reform that went into effect in November, some of the town's cannabis retailers are asking the town to stop charging community impact fees and refund past payments. Some have stopped paying those quarterly fees in apparent protest.
