Lanesborough taxpayers are facing a 31 cent hike in the property tax rate for fiscal 2023. The increase could have been higher if not for the Mount Greylock Regional School district lowering its assessment increase to the town by $100,000. Lanesborough overall budget is projected at $10.4 million for the fiscal year starting July 1.
