Mill Town Capital, the investment firm that owns multiple properties including the Bousquet ski area, bought the Gateways Inn in mid-2020 for $1 million. It has recently rebranded its restaurant as Gateways Inn Dine + Drink.

Executive Chef James Berlin says "I have woven traditional French techniques into an approachable mix of menu items that can serve dual purposes for a casual night out to enjoy some live jazz or a special celebratory private dining experience.”

Chef Jeremey Berlin has been tapped by Mill Town Capital as its executive chef, overseeing its culinary portfolio which includes Mission Bar and Tapas, Gateways Inn, Bousquet, Bousquet Sport and The Camp by Bousquet. His first order of business has been to launch a new menu at Mission Bar and Tapas in Pittsfield.
