A grand jury has indicted 20-year-old Lucius Copeland, moving the rape case against the first defendant arrested by the District Attorney's flagship Violent Crime Task Force to Berkshire Superior Court. 

An attorney conflict led a judge to delay a hearing to weigh whether 20-year-old Lucius Copeland, who is accused of allegedly raping two juveniles, will remain free before trial. 

Law enforcement officials are calling for other possible victims to come forward following the arrest Tuesday of a Pittsfield man in connection with alleged rapes.
