Frank Rinaldi, the only defendant still facing charges after being arrested in connection with a Summer Street drug investigation in Pittsfield, was ordered released from pretrial custody.
The only remaining defendant arrested in a Summer Street drug bust earlier this year faced a detention hearing in Berkshire Superior Court this week. Frank Rinaldi's co-defendant, Demetries Anderson, was shot and killed in Queens.
