Williams holds off upset bid by SUNY New Paltz in regular-season home finale

Alex Lee, here earlier this season, scored a game-high 25 points to power Williams by SUNY New Paltz Tuesday night in the Ephs' final regular season home game.

WILLIAMSTOWN — After playing its two best games back-to-back of the season, the Williams College men were in danger of coughing all that goodwill up.

There were 25.3 seconds left and the 15th-ranked Ephs held a razor-thin, one-point lead over stubborn SUNY New Paltz. Williams head coach Kevin App might not have drawn things up the way they played out, but he and the Ephs will take it.
