To say that University of Massachusetts football coach Don Brown is happy with the 13 players who signed to play football in Amherst next fall would be an understatement. Every coach is happy with a recruiting class.

But what made Brown happy about the class, whose National Letters of Intent came in on Wednesday, is that it accomplished what the coach and his staff had been hoping to do.
