UMass coach Don Brown, Minutemen ready for the start of fall football practice

AMHERST — It might say Aug. 5 on the calendar. But to head coach Don Brown and the members of the University of Massachusetts football team, the first day of fall practice is akin to Christmas morning.

“You could say that in some way,” said UMass cornerback Josh Wallace.
