Williams women miss a big opportunity, lose at home to No. 11 Smith

WILLIAMSTOWN — A missed opportunity.

That was really the only way Williams College women’s basketball coach Pat Manning could describe the loss to 11th-ranked Smith College Wednesday night.

“Yeah, we did,” Manning said, after the Ephs dropped a 67-60 decision to the Pioneers, the second loss to a Top 25 team in the D3hoops.com
