PITTSFIELD — Pittsfield’s eight-game winning streak ended with a thud Tuesday night.

While there is never a good time to end a winning streak, Pittsfield coach Jerome Edgerton did say the 77-70 defeat at the hands of West Springfield gives the Generals a chance for a reset.
