CHESHIRE — There's hot and then there's Hoosac Valley boys basketball in the first half against Lee on Saturday.
The Hurricanes lit into the Wildcats for 55 first-half points in a 75-43 victory. Hoosac finished the night with 11 made 3-pointers and 29 baskets overall.
On top of that offensive start, Hoosac held Lee to single-digits in the first quarter and led by 36 at the halftime.
Frank Field led the home team with 20 points, while Joey McGovern chipped in 19 and Kamarion Kastner 12.
