PITTSFIELD — By tooth, nail and sacrificing bodies, the Taconic boys have avoided dipping into a dangerous mid-season funk following their loss to rival Pittsfield High earlier this month.

It’s been a long two weeks since that Jan. 9 defeat, a stretch in which the Thunder were only able to play two games.
