Natalie Lewis' 28 points helped Monument Mountain to a road win at Hampshire Regional Tuesday night.

WESTHAMPTON — Natalie Lewis had a game-high 28 points as Monument beat Hampshire Regional 48-38 Tuesday night.

The Spartans improved to 6-4 with the win.

The Spartans led only 19-16 at halftime, but pulled away in the second half. Lewis scored 10 of her 28 points in the third quarter and made four 3-pointers in the game.

Hampshire, now 1-11, dropped its fifth straight game.
