Monument Mountain girls soccer slips by Lenox in Friday night road match

Monument Mountain senior Kayleigh Davis scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win at Lenox on Friday.

LENOX — Following a six-goal loss earlier in the week, Monument Mountain head coach Miguel Silva pleaded with his girls to leave it on Tuesday night and not look back.

On Friday night, the Spartans shook off that drubbing at Monson and boarded the buses for a short ride home from Lenox High School with a 1-0 win.
