PITTSFIELD — The Pittsfield Suns did not make the Futures League playoffs. The Suns also had a drop in attendance for 2022.

Team ownership, however, was happy with how the season worked out.

“If you would have told me the day that Mayor [Linda] Tyer called me and told us that, for lack of a better term, the ballpark had been condemned, if you told me the season would work out as it did, I would not have believed you,” Suns president Jeff Goldklang said.
