champions shake hands

Joshua Shepard and Jamie Cimini shake hands after winning the Pewter Cup on Sunday at Berkshire Hills Country Club.

PITTSFIELD — Josh Shepard and Jamie Cimini have played a lot of golf together over the years. In some ways, this past weekend was like any other. In one big way, though, it was wildly different.

Shepard and Cimini won the 40th Pewter Cup at Berkshire Hills Country Club by two strokes over a pair of teams, shooting 18-under 198 with a remarkable zero bogeys.
