Emma Newberry and the Mount Greylock softball team earned the No. 2 seed in the Class C bracket for PVIAC Western Mass. Tournament play. Wahconah in Class B and Hoosac Valley in Class C also picked up No. 2 seeds.
The PVIAC released brackets for Western Massachusetts Tournament play in baseball and softball on Thursday.
Games will begin Monday in the eight-team fields, with the better seed hosting quarterfinal and semifinal matchups before all four softball championship games are played at Westfield State.
There are eight Berkshire County teams spread across three classes.
