The North Adams SteepleCats might have won only 11 games in 2022. One member of manager Austin Straub’s squad did, however, earn All-NECBL honors.

Left-handed starter Randy Reyes out of Central Connecticut was named to the Honorable Mention team.

The All-NECBL first, second and Honorable Mention teams were voted on by the league’s 14 field managers.
