Stockbridge resident Rick Costello will present "The Night Sky — Through a Telescope!" at 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at the Stockbridge Library. Rain date is Saturday, Sept. 26.

Costello will give a short talk about what can be seen in the sky, after which, families can come forward to look through the telescope.

Everyone older than 2 will be asked to wear masks. Families will be asked to sit in designated areas spaced 6 feet apart. The library will provide hand sanitizer for use before and after touching the telescope. The telescope will be wiped down between families.

For reservations, email info@stockbridgelibrary.org. Those without reservations might be asked to wait for an available space.
