The Greeting

Monday, Oct. 29, 2018

Hello, Berkshires. It's your Monday; face it bravely.

The eruption of senseless violence in Pittsburgh comes on the heels of a panel of experts who spoke about school safety in Lee on Wednesday. Members of the  panel were all affected in the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.

More top stories from The Eagle:

A HISTORY OF DISCIPLINE: An outgoing Pittsfield police officer faced a series of disciplinary actions over the years.

QUESTION 3: Both sides in this ballot battle say public safety is the main issue.

POT AND RENTAL UNITS: They're separate issues in Lenox, where voters will take up short-term rentals and recreational marijuana shops.
