The Greeting

Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018

Good day unto you, Berkshirites.  Final numbers from the polls show that, you, the voters of the 413, turned out in heavy numbers to the ballot box on Tuesday, similar to the 2016 election.

But, wait, there's more:

NEAL ON TOP: U.S. Rep. Richard Neal's re-election moves him into the chairman's seat on the powerful Ways and Means Committee in the House.

FROM ASSAULT TO HOMICIDE: Saturday's shooting victim has died, raising the potential charges for the shooter, who remains at large.

GOING DOWN?: Property values in Pittsfield are up, so taxes are going down.

SCAMMED: Stockbridge is just getting to the bottom of how it lost thousands to  being overcharged for supplies.
