Local scholar Lauren Stevens leads the annual Thoreau hike to the summit of Mount Greylock hike, beginning at 10 a.m. There are options for 5-mile one way or complete 9.5-mile routes. Meet at the Mount Greylock State Reservation, Notch Road gate parking lot, 300 feet up from the intersections of Reservoir and Notch Roads, off Route 2 in North Adams.
