Mount Greylock State Reservation offers a Mountain Mindfulness program at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8. Mountain Mindfulness programs explore healthy mind-body techniques such as meditation, outdoor walking meditation, breathing exercises, yoga or dance, for 20-90 minutes.
