7 injured in fire at triple-decker in Waltham

WALTHAM (AP) -- Waltham fire officials say seven people are being treated for minor injuries after an early morning fire at a triple-decker home.

Firefighters responded to the home on Ash Street at about 3 a.m. Wednesday. Flames shot out of the third floor, and part of the roof collapsed.

The building’s owner says three families live there, and everyone was able to get out.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
