Berkshire Magazine under new ownership

Berkshire Magazine has been acquired by Old Mill Road Media, a family-owned company based in East Arlington, Vt., which purchased the publication from Connecticut-based TownVibe Publications. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Anastasia Stanmeyer has been promoted to the position of editor-in-chief. She will be joined by operations and marketing manager Cara Vemeulen and account executive Jennifer Hines. Stanmeyer, Vermeulen and Hines have been with Berkshire Magazine since it debuted in July 2012.

Old Mill Road Media is also the publisher of Vermont Magazine, Vermont News Guide, Stratton Magazine, and Manchester Life, magazines and websites that showcase the communities, people and lifestyle of their region. According to Old Mill Road Media, Berkshire Magazine will remain a community-based publication that showcases the stories of the Berkshire region. Information: berkshiremag.com.
