Berkshire Yoga Dance and Fitness
Outdoor bootcamp. This class is a total body interval training with high-intensity exercises in a circuit format. We will use resistance and cardio training techniques with dynamic and isometric movements to improve your cardiovascular endurance promote strength, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.
Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout, meaning a full body challenge. The class will be held outside in The Common where we can use the basketball court, grass and concrete blocks and steps for a fun energetic group workout!
