MURDER MYSTERY DINNER

The Comical Mystery Tour ensemble will present an encore performance of "Good Fella, Dead Fella" on Saturday. Doors open at 5 p.m.; program starts and the first course will be served at 5:30 p.m.

Major renovations for Don Yukon Cornelius' club are just about finished and you have been invited to join him for the unveiling of his newest gaming rooms. As leader of the Eco-Unfriendly Gang, he takes great pride in wasting resources, but someone decides to waste him. Come along and make your wager on whether it was his ex-girlfriend Fay Daway or his right-hand man, Little Billy Bosco. Might it have been his step god-daughter, Sheila Blige? Or maybe it was the fill_in comedian Sal Manilla.

Cost to attend is $40 per person and includes a full-course dinner. A cash bar is available for beer and wine. Reservations are required by today. Seating is limited. For reservations, call 413-637-3206.

HIGH & MIGHTY BEER TASTING BENEFIT

High & Mighty Therapeutic Riding and Driving Center will hold its third annual beer tasting benefit from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the barn At Liberty Farms, 60 Ostrander Road, Ghent, N.Y. The event will feature local craft breweries and wood-fired pizza from Berkshire Bakes and SoMa Catering.

THINKFOOD CONFERENCE

The Center for Food Studies at Bard College at Simon's Rock will hold its 6th annual ThinkFOOD Conference from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the Fisher Science Center.

This year's theme, "Berkshire Pollinators," embraces the community's interest in bees and pollination, and will also showcase local food entrepreneurs whose ideas can inspire innovation in other communities.

Thomas Seeley, author of "Honeybee Democracy" and Horace White Professor in Biology in the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior at Cornell University, will give a keynote address.

Local experts will offer 45-minute long hands-on workshops designed to engage participants with the Great Barrington Pollinator Action Plan, which promotes a network of interconnected pollinator habitats throughout the region.

ROAST PORK DINNER

The Stockbridge Grange will hold a family-style roast pork dinner at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Grange Hall, 51 Church St, Stockbridge.

The cost is $ 12 for adults, $ 6 for children younger than 12, and children younger than 6, free. Take outs will be available.

COMMUNITY LUNCH TODAY

The monthly community meal at the First Baptist Church in Readsboro, Vt., will be held today at noon. This month, the Friendly Mission Circle will serve macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, rolls and a maple dessert, plus a beverage.

Everyone is welcome to attend for a suggested donation of $4.50 with a reduced suggestion of $3.50 for seniors.

Bingo players are invited for games beginning at 10:30 a.m.
