PITTSFIELD — Elaina Noblet has joined the Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse as program director of care coordination for the agency's new Behavioral Health Community Partners Program.Part of a statewide initiative, the program will work collaboratively with new accountable care organizations and community-based organizations to provide comprehensive care management services to adult MassHealth members with high behavioral health and medical needs. The program is designed to serve members in a community setting to avoid unnecessary inpatient medical and psychiatric hospitalization.Noblet holds a master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Antioch University and a master's degree in counseling from Burlington College. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in international psychology.
