Bisaccio joins commercial lending team

Kevin Bisaccio has joined Lee Bank as a vice president of commercial lending and will work in the bank's Pittsfield office at 75 North St. with fellow commercial lender Mark McKenna.

Bisaccio was previously employed by NBT Bank where he held the same title. He has been involved in commercial lending in Berkshire County for over 10 years. The Bennington, Vt., resident holds a bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He serves on the board of directors of the Bennington County Industrial Corporation and is a former board member of the Mount Anthony Union High School and The Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Service Inc. Bisaccio and his wife, Sally, have three grown children.

Wadsworth appointed president of Thought Industries

Robin Wadsworth, who grew up in Pittsfield, has been appointed president of Thought Industries, the world's leading business-to-business training customer training platform. She will be based in the company's Boston office and report to CEO Barry Kelly.

A successful executive, Wadsworth has more than 25 years of experience focused specifically on high growth technology companies. She previously served as senior vice president of business-to-business sales at PROS, where she led the go-to-market team, resulting in 48 percent subscription revenue growth and year-over-year revenue growth from $197 million to $250 million.

Wadsworth also spent over four years at BlackLine Inc., a cloud-based finance and accounting automation company, as senior vice president of sales, where she was an member of the leadership team. During her tenure, the team delivered revenue growth from $40 million to more than $225 million and achieved a successful IPO. She has also held leadership positions at Infor, FICO, IBM (Sterling Commerce) and Computer Associates.

Thought Industries was named the No. 1 business-to-business customer training platform for 2020 by The Craig Weiss Group LLC, a leading analyst, advisory and consulting service to buyers and vendors in the e-learning industry. The company was included on Forbes' list of America's Best Startup Employers for 2020.
