Letter: Trump's intolerable insults of immigrants

To the editor:

In the 1920s when my father was a child, as the son of Jewish-Romanian immigrants, he was frequently called a "kike" and beaten up in school. He had to drop out of high school to go to work and help support his family. He worked hard and later in life he became one of the vice presidents of the Rite-Aid Corporation and a leader in his community.

Donald Trump's disparaging and profane remarks of certain immigrants cannot be tolerated. I am ashamed that he is our president.
