PITTSFIELD — Summer is in full swing in the Berkshires and Onota Lake is rocking.
Last night, Live on the Lake, hosted by Live 95.9 WBEC-FM and Greylock Federal Credit Union, returned for its 18th summer with a performance by the Hotshot Hillbillies. If you missed the free, family-friendly concert at Burbank Park on Onota Lake, don't worry there's more music coming up on Wednesday evenings throughout July and August. Each party kicks off at 6 p.m. and goes until 8.
Remember, there is no alcohol or smoking allowed at the concert and there will be designated areas for swimming and for boats to pull ashore. There will also be a bouncy house for the kids, and food and ice cold beverages will be available for purchase from Smokey Diva's, Krispy Cones Ice Cream and Papa John's Pizza.
The summer lineup includes:
• July 17: Shyne
• July 24: Blind Smudge
• July 31: Whiskey City
• Aug. 7: Generation X Rock
• Aug. 14: Remedy
• Aug. 21: Legal Tender
