MCLA hosting "Green Living" seminar series

NORTH ADAMS — Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts will hold an 11-part "Green Living Seminar Series titled "Sustainable Food and Farming" beginning Jan. 31. The first presentation, "Organic Certification: The Story Behind the Label" by organic assistance coordinator Laura Davis of Hopkinton, will take place at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 31 in room 121 of the Feigenbaum Center for Science and Innovation. The 10 other presentations will all be held at the same time and place. The series is free and open to the public. Podcasts of the Green Living Series lectures will be posted online following each presentation at http://www.mcla.edu/greenliving.
