Known for her confessional lyrics and raspy, smoky vocals, Etheridge has remained one of America's favorite female singer-songwriters for more than two decades with sales of over 25 million albums, 5 platinum and 3 multiplatinum records, 15 Grammy award nominations and two wins. She also won an Oscar for "I Need to Wake Up" from the 2006 climate-change documentary "An Inconvenient Truth." On April 12, she releases her latest album, "The Medicine Show."

The combination of Pat Benatar's vocals with Neil Giraldo's songwriting and guitar have created 19 Top 40 hits, including "We Belong," "Invincible," "Love is a Battlefield," "Promises in the Dark," and "We Live for Love." They have sold over 30 million records worldwide and won an unprecedented four consecutive Grammy awards. Benatar and Giraldo perform in Tanglewood as part of a multi-city tour this summer celebrating their 40th anniversary together.

Rodrigo y Gabriela has over their 20-year-long career blended the sounds of metal, jazz, and Hispanic roots music. They have sold out the Hollywood Bowl (two nights) and the Red Rocks Amphitheater as recently as summer 2018. They have also sold out multiple nights at the Royal Albert Hall in London, Le Zenith in Paris, and Radio City Music Hall in New York, not to mention venues in Australia, Japan, and Europe. The program at Tanglewood spotlights music from their 2019 album "Mettavolution."

British folk rock guitarist, Grammy nominee, and Ivor Novello Award winner Richard Thompson will make his Tanglewood debut with a solo acoustic show. He has earned a spot on Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time," a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Americana Music Association in Nashville, and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the BBC Awards. In 2011, Thompson was awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) by Queen Elizabeth II, and in 2017, he released his 19th solo album, "13 Rivers."

Tickets for the four concerts go on sale 10 a.m., April 5, online at or by phone at 888-266-1200.
