Number 10

Number Ten Thirteenth Symposium TalkTails Moonshine and Cocktails: Tasting White Dog Whiskeys and Figuring Out What to Do with Them looks at White Dog whiskeys, which are unaged or minimally aged, and for the most part the distillate that usually gets put in charred barrels and aged for years. Since about 2010, more and more distillers, including some of the biggest names, have been trying to build a market for this type of whiskey.

The distillate may be what becomes Bourbon or Rye, but this is a whole different animal. Come on by and taste the difference and try some cocktails that use the flavor profile of White Whiskey to best advantage.
