Pittsfield: City Hall installs exterior drop box

Don't miss the big stories. Like us on Facebook.

A secure drop box has been installed at City Hall as municipal offices are closed to the public through April 7. The drop box is located at the foot of the stairs in the rear of the building and is intended for correspondence that would normally have to be dropped off at City Hall.

Community members can also visit cityofpittsfield.org to manage their business needs.

Individuals with specific questions for city departments should utilize the City Hall directory at 413-449-5600 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for assistance.

To stay connected to city updates on the coronavirus, a COVID-19 link is available on the home page of the city's website. The public is also encouraged to use the subscription service to receive update notifications and to sign up for CodeRED.

For more information, contact Roberta McCulloch-Dews, director of Administrative Services, Office of the Mayor, 413-499-9322.
